Flatfee is an exciting concept unlike most other real estate companies.
We offer a maximum commission of 3.75% ( that is in total ) as a seller and several other low cost options for people
who would rather a fee for service plan, with zero risk ( ask me all about it )
As a buyer I give back to you a rebate of 15% of my commission when the deal is done. Who else does that?
