Flatfee Realty is an exciting concept unlike
most other real estate companies.
We offer a 1.25% listing agent commission,and a maximum commission of 3.75% (that is in total)
to the seller plus several other cost saving options 
including a fee for service plan, with zero risk ( ask me all about it ) for only $ 995. ( no hidden charges )
As a buyer, my services are always 100% free plus I give back to you a rebate of 15% of my commission when the deal is done. Who else does that?
I offer to my clients ( always free of charge ) the listings you want right to your "in box" and property evaluations when it is convenient to you & your schedule!
