This service plan allows you to $ave the most money, while still receiving Full Real Estate Services when selling your home.

* Please do not confuse this discount service plan with "For Sale By Owner" type services available today. Flat Fee Realty is a Full Service Real Estate Company, employing fully qualified & professional Realtors. We walk you through the whole selling process, and don't just put a sign on your lawn and tell you you're on your own.

PROGRAM OVERVIEW


This program includes everything you need to sell your home quickly and for top dollar including uploading of your listing to the MLS  for upto 90 days.


1.     Professional opinion of value with comparables.

2.     Explain the selling process in detail and what you can expect.

3.     Uploading your listing onto the Local MLS systems.

4.     Uploading of your listing onto www.MLS.ca (upto 7 million page views per day).

5.     Provide you with tips to help you set up your home so it shows in its best light.

6.     Installation and use of a professional Flat Fee For Sale Sign.

7.     Use of a Lock Box. (used so other Realtors can show your home to prospective buyers)

8.     Book showings of your property for Realtors through our fully staffed co-ordination centre. 

9.      Negotiate and present offers.

10.   Explain the details of the offer and your possible course of action.

11.   Co-ordination and delivery of paper work to Lawyers.

12.    A full credit should you choose to upgrade to our FULL SERVICE PROGRAM.

13.   Uploading of your listing on our many real estate websites.

Buyers Representative Fee
Fee payable to buyer's sales representative, paid upon closing
Cost:  2.5% (suggested)


Negotiation & Administration Fee
If you (the seller) introduce and show the buyer (not represented by another sales representative) your home, you can eliminate the commission payable to the buyer's representative. We will negotiate the offers and complete the appropriate paperwork.
Cost:  Add $995 for negotiation & administration

 

* All services and disbursements are subject to applicable taxes and are paid upon signing, with the exception of the Buyer's Representative Fee, which is paid upon closing from the proceeds of the sale.
